Latitude Group appoints Tim Eastwood, Pontak resigns
Latitude Group Holdings announced a board transition as Beaux Pontak resigns as a non-executive director, effective 22 July 2026, ending Deutsche Bank’s long-standing representation on the board since 2015. Tim Eastwood, Deutsche Bank’s Head of Global Financing & Credit Trading Australia, was appointed as a non-executive director and Deutsche Bank’s new representative. Eastwood brings more than 20 years of experience across financing, structured credit and capital markets. Latitude operates in consumer finance in Australia and New Zealand, offering personal loans, auto loans and credit cards, with revenue largely from interest income and related fees. The changes are presented as strengthening governance and strategic leadership for Latitude as it navigates a competitive and evolving market, with Eastwood expected to contribute expertise in risk management and governance. The appointment is disclosed in line with ASX governance requirements, with Eastwood noted to hold no relevant interests at the time of appointment.
