Godzilla star Kaylee Hottle dies in crash
Kaylee Hottle, a deaf actress best known for playing Jia in Godzilla vs. Kong and its 2024 sequel, died in a car crash in Maryland after a health-tragic incident reported by authorities. Her father, Joshua Hottle, announced the death in a Facebook livestream conducted in American Sign Language. Reports from TMZ and other outlets say she died when the car crash occurred, with her heart stopping en route to the hospital. Hottle began in commercials, including a Glide PSA, and also appeared in Magnum P.I., coming from a multi-generational Deaf family.
