CM.com reports 14% revenue, 55% EBITDA growth
CM.com reported stronger first half 2026 performance with gross profit rising modestly and record messaging volumes, driven by growth across all channels and a notable increase in HALO’s contribution to ARR, along with the launch of the Customer Context Platform and the new HALO ‘Ask HALO’ feature to accelerate AI agent configuration. The company disclosed a retrospective restatement affecting six months in 2025, but asserted that gross profit and EBITDA were not impacted and highlighted improved operating leverage in Q2 2026. MedCap AB delivered solid double‑digit growth in Q2 2026, with net sales up 16% to SEK 606.3 million and EBITA up 38%, while the EBITA margin reached 21.4%, and cash flow from operating activities strengthened. For the first half of 2026, MedCap’s net sales rose 15% and EBITA advanced 36%, supported by acquisitions and a favorable product mix, with earnings per share increasing to SEK 8.3 and cash flow improving. Management attributed continued growth to a combination of organic expansion and acquisitions, including the Denmark-based Biopsafe deal, and reiterated that acquisitions remain central to the group’s long-term strategy. Overall, both CM.com and MedCap showcased growth momentum in the period, underpinned by mix-shift enhancements, strategic product developments, and ongoing expansion through acquisitions.
