E2E Networks posts 334% Q1 revenue surge
E2E Networks reported a highly robust Q1 FY27 performance with revenue around ₹1,568 million and net profit after tax of about ₹439 million, supported by an EBITDA of ₹1,179 million and a margin near 75%. The quarter saw strong quarter-on-quarter and year-on-year improvements in profitability, with earnings per share rising to ₹2.10 and PAT margin around 28%. A key driver of growth was the deployment of the B200 cluster on the TIR platform, along with scaling the GPU fleet to roughly 5,100 units, which underpins the company’s AI workload capacity. The company also announced the incorporation of Sovcloud Technologies Limited as a wholly-owned subsidiary to manage large GPU clusters on the TIR platform. Consolidated results for the June quarter show revenue from operations about ₹1.57 billion and a consolidated PAT of ₹439 million, with the company listing on the BSE in June 2026 and reporting an equity split that improved basic EPS to ₹2.14. Overall, E2E Networks is pursuing aggressive expansion in India’s AI-first HPC market, expanding data-center footprints and aiming to compete with hyperscalers through scalable bare-metal and VPS offerings.
