Nationwide Track & Field Earns USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors
The USTFCCCA announced All-Academic honors for the 2025-26 indoor and outdoor seasons across multiple programs, including Georgetown, UNLV, Marshall, Florida State, and Virginia. Georgetown earned 12 All-Academic Athlete honors and had both the men’s and women’s programs recognized as All-Academic Teams, with individual minimum GPAs of 3.25 and a program-wide 3.0 team GPA or higher. UNLV highlighted a 3.48 cumulative GPA for its NCAA Squad List and six All-Academic Athletes, meeting the standard GPA thresholds and the indoor/outdoor performance criteria. Marshall’s cross-country and track programs both earned All-Academic Team status, led by a strong combined team GPA around 3.40 for the men and 3.42 for the women, with several individuals earning All-Academic honors. Florida State’s teams earned All-Academic Team honors, with the women’s side featuring multiple athletes and a team GPA of 3.294, and the men posting a 3.183 GPA. Virginia claimed 30 All-Academic honorees across its men’s and women’s programs, with a 3.25 minimum GPA and compliance with indoor and outdoor performance criteria.
