Commerzbank FI boosts holdings across US stocks
Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft FI boosted its holdings across several U.S. equities in the first quarter, including Wells Fargo by 9.2% to 117,865 shares valued at about $9.38 million. It also lifted its ServiceNow stake by 229.4% to 76,089 shares, worth roughly $7.96 million. The fund increased its position in U.S. Bancorp by 5.0% to 196,405 shares, about $10.2 million in value. Bank of America holdings were raised by 36.9% to 362,123 shares, valued at around $17.65 million. In BlackRock, Commerzbank’s stake rose by 82.3% to 13,521 shares, even as CEO Laurence Fink sold 33,900 shares, highlighting ongoing executive-level transactions alongside fund-level increases. These moves underscore a broader pattern of institutional investors actively rebalancing portfolios among large-cap financials and tech names.
