Boulder City is proposing annual utility rate increases of up to 5% for electric, water, and wastewater services for three years, beginning in Fiscal Year 2027, to generate about $1.46 million in additional revenue. The city posted the proposal on its official Facebook page and is inviting feedback through a written comment process with an August 13 deadline, offering an online form, email, or mailed submissions.
