CTM Names Ana Pedersen ASX-listed Permanent CEO
Corporate Travel Management permanently appointed Ana Pedersen as managing director and group CEO, transitioning from acting CEO. Pedersen has been acting since February 2026 and officially takes the permanent role on July 23, 2026, with the company focusing on navigating current challenges. Board chairman Ewen Crouch voiced strong confidence in her leadership and the ability to position CTM for long-term success. Pedersen brings more than 20 years of leadership in corporate travel, hospitality, and technology, including roles at BCD Travel and HRS Group, and she joined CTM in October 2024 as Global Chief Commercial Officer. Pedersen’s appointment comes with an annual salary of $1.2 million and up to $2.7 million in incentives for the financial year. The move follows a turbulent period for CTM and coincides with leadership stabilization and a focus on client delivery and staff support.
