Dassault Systèmes raises 2026 growth target for first time in two years
Dassault Systèmes on Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2026, raised its 2026 revenue-growth forecast to 4%–5% from 3%–5% and lifted its operating-margin target to 32.5%–32.7% from 32.2%–32.6%. The move was the company’s first increase in annual guidance in two years. Third-quarter revenue rose 5% to €1.55 billion. Operating earnings rose 10% to €490 million, and the operating margin improved to 31.6% from 30.1% a year earlier. Revenue growth accelerated through 2026, from 3% in the first quarter to 4% in the second and 5% in the third. CFO Rouven Bergmann spoke to analysts on a call about that accelerating trajectory. The company completed its $1.8 billion acquisition of ArisGlobal in September. ArisGlobal is expected to add two percentage points to fourth-quarter revenue growth, which the company forecasts at 5%–8%. Bergmann said ArisGlobal is projected to grow at a double-digit rate in 2027. A slowdown at the company dates back to 2023.
