DWTS Pro Adele Zaikman Expected to Miss Disney Night
Adele Zaikman announced on Instagram Stories on Nov. 1, 2026 that she is feeling unwell and will miss the opening number on Dancing With the Stars Disney Night. The episode moved to Monday, Nov. 2, 2026 from its usual Tuesday because of ABC midterm election coverage on Nov. 3. Zaikman, 25, won DWTS: The Next Pro and was eliminated in week one of season 35 with partner Conner Leavitt. She said she is sad to miss a show day, is taking time to care for herself, and will cheer from home, and she plans to return for the finale with Leavitt. Ray Chew told Parade that guest judge Cynthia Erivo will not sing and wants only to judge, and that the show prepared wonderful entrance music for her. He also teased Broadway and Disney singers and actors will appear and that every viewer will know them. Team dances return for the first time since 2024 with captains Connor Wood and Tatyana Ali. Other eliminated pros set to perform include Hailey Bills, Alan Bersten, Britt Stewart, Brandon Armstrong, Witney Carson, Sharna Burgess and Emma Slater. A friend Brenda brought Zaikman superfood honey, teas, and blueberry muffins. Chew called this the best season.
