Singh is charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute, conspiracy to export, and possession with intent to distribute controlled substances. The Ravinder Dhanda Organized Crime Group is accused of smuggling large quantities of cocaine and methamphetamine for networks across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. A federal arrest warrant was issued on June 23, 2026, in the Central District of California, as authorities in the U.S., Canada, and Europe coordinated a joint operation that led to 24 arrests and charges against 37 individuals in the indictment. Indictment filings also name key figures including Ravinder Singh Dhanda and several associates, with Harmanveer Singh listed under aliases such as Hari Gautam and Harman Sandhu. Prosecutors say the network handled hundreds of kilograms of drugs weekly, coordinating international shipments and logistics for drug trafficking organizations.
