After a 241-day mission aboard the International Space Station, NASA astronaut Chris Williams and Roscosmos cosmonauts Sergei Kud-Sverchkov and Sergei Mikaev landed safely on the Kazakh steppe aboard the Soyuz MS-28, with Williams headed to Houston and the others to Star City. The crew—Williams and Mikaev on their first spaceflight, Kud-Sverchkov on his second—represented continued US-Russia cooperation on the ISS amid broader tensions.
