Keysight names Jason Kary next CFO effective Dec. 18

Keysight Technologies appointed Jason Kary as its next chief financial officer, effective Dec. 18, 2026, succeeding Neil Dougherty, who is stepping down after 13 years as CFO and 30 years with the company. Dougherty will remain in an advisory role through fiscal 2027 to support the transition. Kary, currently head of Keysight’s Electronic Industrial Solutions Group, previously held finance, treasury and investor-relations leadership roles at the company. After the change, the group will report to Communications Solutions Group head Kailash Narayanan while remaining a separately reported financial segment. Keysight said Dougherty’s departure was for personal reasons and not related to a disagreement with the company; it did not change its previously issued fourth-quarter 2026 outlook.
