Legacy Builders Program Plans Transform HVACR Leadership
ACCA has launched Legacy Builders, a year-long leadership program to help HVACR business owners transition from owner-operator to CEO, with in-person workshops, virtual sessions, mentorship, and a final exit/legacy plan; enrollment is open to ACCA and PHCC members and targets firms within a certain revenue range. The program runs alongside the Service Managers Leadership Lab and aims to build long-term enterprise value ahead of a sale or succession. AHRI hosted the AHRI Talks MENA event in Dubai with over 200 attendees, highlighting collaboration on new performance standards, testing labs, and certification initiatives to advance HVACR technologies in the Middle East and North Africa. In Los Angeles, reliable HVAC services are emphasized as essential for year-round comfort, focusing on routine maintenance, timely repairs, energy-efficient upgrades, and professional installations to improve air quality and system longevity. A Las Vegas-based contractor, Air Pro Master LLC, highlights desert-climate HVAC expertise, led by a senior technician, stressing hands-on diagnostics and tailored solutions for extreme temperatures and dusty conditions. Together, these developments reflect ongoing industry emphasis on leadership development, regional standards evolution, and climate-specific HVAC excellence.
