Reader1dTried to post this before, forgive if it doubles: Doubt= probable or reasonable. My "take" on this juror is that he had probable doubt (i.e., anything can happen/be true or "excused" with a plethora of scenarios) abt her criminal responsibility for killing 3 children in an 18-minute span. He, however, found it Unreasonable/Not Reasonable that "anything can happen/go off the rails" for this case, in light of the facts presented as to prior time, subsequent timeline, planning, outcome, & responses afterward.
There is NO doubt that she killed three defenseless children. So what 'reasonable doubt' did he have. Doubt that she was insane? Doubt that she preplanned this over several days? Citing 'reasonable doubt' with no comment on what the doubts were is as good as Fake News.
What doubt? The POS admitted to killing her children! Now, hang her!
