Lundin Mining Q3 Profit Rises as Revenue Tops $1.1 Billion
Lundin Mining reported a strong third quarter, with revenue rising 16.3% year over year to $1.109 billion and net income increasing to $228.9 million from $133.8 million. Adjusted earnings were $0.32 per share, beating the cited analyst consensus of $0.30, while the company said year-to-date adjusted EBITDA and operating free cash flow had already exceeded their full-year 2025 totals. Record copper prices and stronger production at Candelaria and Chapada supported results, but severe winter weather and El Niño-related effects at Caserones prompted a lower 2026 copper production forecast; management expects deferred output to recover in 2027. The company also advanced growth projects at Chapada and Vicuña and declared a quarterly dividend of CAD$0.0275 per share, payable December 21.
