Nashville Man Arrested on Rape and Child Exploitation Charges Involving 16-Year-Old
Charleston man Gary Michael Brown, 56, was arrested on one count of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor after ICAC Task Force investigators followed a CyberTipline report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. In Nashville, Shaun Medley, 40, was arrested on aggravated statutory rape and aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor after investigators learned of a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old boy and found inappropriate photos uploaded to his Google account; he was jailed on a $60,000 bond. Nashville police say Ian Hallagan, 34, was arrested on a charge of sexual exploitation of a minor after prosecutors determined he had solicited explicit images from children via Snapchat, with a $100,000 bond set.
