Oliver Tree Celebration of Life Planned in California
Oliver Tree’s memorial is set for July 25 at the Quarry Amphitheater at UC Santa Cruz in California, a closed, ticketed event for family and friends with a livestream available for fans. The celebration of life will include unreleased video content, live performances, and multiple caskets representing different characters, with speakers such as Diplo, Logan Paul, Ethan Klein, and Aaron Mercury. All proceeds from ticket sales will go to Dr. Oliver Tree’s Extremely Epic Art Grant for Baby Geniuses, a nonprofit aimed at funding aspiring artists. Tree, 32, died in a June 14, 2026 helicopter crash in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, during a seven-continent world tour that left six people dead. The event’s lineup and format—star-studded attendance, celebrity speakers, and a focus on Tree’s performative art—underscore his impact as a boundary-pushing artist across media.
