The firm maintained invested customer retention above 95% and value retention near 100%, underpinning profitability and scale in both markets. Management highlighted marketing investments, brand partnerships, and a stepped-up US dual-channel approach, with stock trading near the lower end of its 52-week range as investors weigh near-term spending against long-term growth.
