Two-year-old mauled by dog in Staffordshire pub

Two-year-old boy mauled by a dog in the pub beer garden at The Wulstan in Wolstanton, Staffordshire, suffering serious facial injuries with witnesses describing blood and distress as investigators look into the incident.
