Pixel 6, 6 Pro reach end of life

Google has confirmed the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro are at end of life with Android 17 QPR1 as their final major update, while security patches will continue through October 2026; Android 17 QPR2 Beta 1 will not include these devices. After launching in 2021, the phones received extended support but are now on borrowed time as updates wind down this fall.
