Crystalys Therapeutics has raised a $130 million Series B led by Frazier Life Sciences with participation from multiple investors to fund late-stage global trials and commercialization plans for dotinurad, its URAT1 inhibitor for gout. The financing backs the RUBY, TOPAZ, and AMETHYST studies and aims to accelerate regulatory milestones and commercial readiness across the U.S. and Europe as the company positions dotinurad as a best-in-class option between first-line therapies and last-line treatments.
