MBSB completes MIDF Amanah sale to Tortoise Works

MBSB Berhad has completed the divestment of its 100% stake in MIDF Amanah Asset Management Bhd to Tortoise Works Sdn Bhd, as part of a strategic move to sharpen focus on core banking. The deal, approved by the Securities Commission on July 9, 2026, preserves MAAM’s heritage while expected to have no material financial impact on MBSB as it transitions to new ownership and growth.
