DC appeals court upholds Navarro contempt conviction

Courts across DC circuits unanimously upheld Peter Navarro's two-contempt convictions for defying the Jan. 6 committee, rejecting his claim that Trump’s supposed executive privilege shielded him and finding no evidence that privilege was ever properly invoked. Navarro has already served a four-month prison term and continues pursuing appeals to overturn the conviction.
