Driver dies after hitting pedestrians, sinks in pond

Multiple outlets report a deadly crash in the Green Bay area in which a car struck two pedestrians and then submerged in a retention pond near Westminster Drive and Salisbury Street; the driver died at the scene and two pedestrians were injured or treated.
