The Court of Arbitration for Sport upheld Romanian gymnast Ana Bărbosu’s two-year suspension after finding three anti-doping whereabouts failures between September and December 2025. The ban is backdated to May 5, 2026, and is set to run through May 2028; CAS allowed her results since December 2025 to stand. Separately, the dispute over the Paris 2024 floor exercise bronze medal awarded to Bărbosu after Jordan Chiles’s score inquiry remains ongoing, with the parties asking CAS not to hold a hearing before May 2027.
