Trump Nominates Greenwood as Caribbean Ambassador
President Donald Trump nominated Kimberly Greenwood as U.S. ambassador to Barbados and, without additional compensation, top envoy to St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. She posted a photograph of herself and her husband with Trump. Biden had installed Democratic donor Roger Nyhus in the post; Nyhus served about 12 months from January 2024. It has sat vacant since January 2025 under Karin B. Sullivan.
