Dodgers move Will Smith to 60-day IL

The Dodgers placed Will Smith on the 60-day injured list, keeping his return at least mid-August and freeing a 40-man spot for Charlie Barnes. Barnes was selected from Triple-A Oklahoma City to bolster the bullpen, replacing Landon Knack after rough Dodgers and minor-league outings.
