Indiana Ballard Certified for Secretary of State Ballot

Former Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard has been officially certified to appear on Indiana's November ballot as an independent candidate under the Lincoln Party after surpassing the required signatures, and he will face Republican Max Engling, Democrat Beau Bayh, and Libertarian Lauri Shillings. If Ballard earns 2% of the vote, the Lincoln Party would be established for the next four years.
