Shaun McMeans Joins Vaso Board, Audit Committee
Vaso Corporation announced the appointment of Shaun McMeans as a Class III director and member of the audit committee, effective July 23, 2026, with a one-time grant of 100,000 shares and pro-rated non-employee director compensation.
