Panthers, Bank of America extend naming rights
The Carolina Panthers and Bank of America extended their naming rights for Bank of America Stadium while owner David Tepper added $500 million to the ongoing $1.3 billion renovation that will include a new 4,400-seat event/music venue and upgraded fan spaces as part of transforming the Charlotte corridor into a year-round destination. The project, largely funded by the city and Tepper, aims for substantial interior work starting in 2026 with outdoor and auxiliary facilities completed by 2030, and will keep Panthers and Charlotte FC in the venue through the overhaul.
