Second gag order in Vinton County case

A Vinton County judge issued a second gag order in the child endangerment case involving Christina Siders and three co-defendants, broadening restrictions on what parties, attorneys, investigators, and court staff can discuss to protect the integrity of the trial, while allowing discussion of information already in the public record. The move follows an earlier gag order in the case involving Christina’s son, Gary Siders Jr., and applies to all four defendants charged with 16 counts of child endangerment related to living conditions described as deplorable.
