Ukraine dismisses Baku talks between ex-Russian, German officials

Ukraine's Foreign Ministry dismissed a reported secret meeting in Baku between former German and Russian officials as insignificant and not authorized to speak on Ukraine's behalf, stressing it has no bearing on peace talks.
