About Ann Budge
Ann Cochrane Cook Wallace Budge is a Scottish businesswoman and former chair of Heart of Midlothian F.C. She co-founded the Edinburgh IT company Newell & Budge in 1985 and later became its sole owner. The company was sold to Sopra Group in 2005, after which she continued to run its UK operations.
