About Archdeacon of Bournemouth
The archdeacon of Bournemouth is a senior ecclesiastical officer within the Diocese of Winchester. The archdeacon is responsible for the disciplinary supervision of the clergy within the archdeaconry, which consists of six deaneries in the southern part of the diocese: Bournemouth, Christchurch, Eastleigh, Lyndhurst, Romsey and Southampton.
