Bears Edge Patriots 30-24 in Week Seven
The Chicago Bears beat the New England Patriots 30-24, with Caleb Williams throwing for 308 yards and two touchdowns as Chicago’s offense and special teams helped secure the win. The game was closer than it might have been: offensive penalties and a late sack created trouble for the Bears, while Patriots analysis pointed to poor execution and missed opportunities; coach Ben Johnson took responsibility for not communicating clearly on the sack situation.
