Stellis Health shareholders back CentraCare merger targeted for 2027
Stellis Health plans to join CentraCare, bringing its Buffalo and Monticello clinics and care teams into the larger Minnesota health system, with the transition targeted for Jan. 1, 2027. Shareholders have approved moving forward, but final agreements and regulatory approval remain; clinics will continue operating as usual in the meantime.
