Sanofi pays Regeneron $1 billion upfront to expand immunology alliance
Sanofi and Regeneron expanded their immunology partnership to develop four next-generation, long-acting antibodies targeting type 2 inflammation, including one already in Phase 1 testing. Sanofi will pay Regeneron $1 billion upfront, with up to $7 billion in milestone payments; the companies will share development costs and future profits equally, while leaving Dupixent’s existing economics unchanged.
