About Godefroi, Count of Montaigu
Count Godfried was a Lower Lotharingian noble. He was count of Montaigu and Clermont by inheritance, and Count of Duras by virtue of his marriage. He was also seigneur (lord) of Rochefort, and advocate of Dinant.
