About Harry Haines
Harry Allen Haines was an American lawyer and judge who served on the United States Tax Court from 2003 to 2016, first as a regular judge and subsequently as a senior judge. Before his judicial appointment, he practiced law in Missoula, Montana, for nearly four decades and taught at the University of Montana School of Law.
