It was exclusively released digitally through the iTunes Store on November 13, 2007, with physical CDs and LPs made available on February 26, 2008. In and Out of Love debuted at number 74 on the US Billboard 200 and number eleven on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.
