Integris Signs Agreement to Join Risant as Third Health System
Oklahoma’s largest nonprofit health system, INTEGRIS Health, has agreed to join Kaiser Permanente-backed Risant Health, pending regulatory approval, becoming its third member alongside Geisinger and Cone Health. INTEGRIS is expected to retain its name, headquarters, staff and leadership, while gaining resources and capabilities to expand value-based care.
