John Turturro Stars in New York Pickpocket Caper
“The Only Living Pickpocket in New York” is a wistful crime drama about an aging John Turturro, whose analog pickpocketing is increasingly out of place in a cashless, surveillance-heavy city. The film also mourns a bygone New York and indie-cinema era, grounding its nostalgia in Harry’s devotion to his incapacitated wife.
