About John W. Tibbatts
John Wooleston Tibbatts was an American politician and lawyer from Kentucky. He served in the Kentucky House of Representatives and representing the state in the United States House of Representatives. He was a colonel in the Mexican–American War and was civil military governor of Monterrey.
