Philips prices EU Green Bond under new standard
Royal Philips priced a €650 million fixed-rate note due 2034 under its EMTN program, marking the healthcare sector’s first EU Green Bond under the new European Green Bond Standard, with a 4.0% coupon, 99.655% price, and 4.055% yield, oversubscribed 2.7 times.
