About Maddie Rooney
Madeline S. Rooney is an American professional ice hockey player who is a goaltender for the Minnesota Frost of the Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL). She was the starting goaltender for the United States women's national ice hockey team when they won the gold medal at the 2018 Winter Olympics.
