Axel Springer CEO reportedly pitches TikTok Europe stake
Axel Springer CEO Mathias Döpfner reportedly proposed that the German publisher join a deal to acquire a stake in TikTok’s European operations, modeled on the restructuring of the app’s U.S. business.
