Dayton NAACP Urges DeWine to Grant Clemency
The Dayton NAACP is asking Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine to grant clemency to China Arnold, who is serving life without parole after her 2011 conviction for the 2005 death of her infant daughter. The group says her release would reunite her with her other children; DeWine declined to comment on the request.
