Murder probe widens after north Belfast death
A murder inquiry has been opened in north Belfast after Paul Mackin Jr., 44, died from injuries suffered in an assault at Duncairn Parade/Eithne House on Monday. Police say a 41-year-old man remains in custody on suspicion of murder as others arrested on suspicion of attempted murder are subject to further action, and investigators are appealing for information while urging the public not to speculate.
