"On the Cult of Personality and Its Consequences" was a speech given by Nikita Khrushchev, the leader of the Soviet Union, on February 25, 1956. It was formally a report by the First Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union to the 20th Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.
